Comfort your dog gently patting and talking to him in a low and soft voice.

If the seizure is longer than 5 minutes, immediately call a vet. Long seizures tend to exhaust the dog and their body is unable to properly function.

After this horrific moment is over, take your dog to the vet.

After diagnosis, the vet will prescribe medication for your dog. Apart from medicines you have to take care of many things to prevent any further convulsions.
